Through these messages, letters and phone calls, Sharad has been able to understand the problems, pains and dreams of people he serves. A single mother who wants advice on where to enroll her five-year old daughter, a college graduate who can't find a job and writes, "Can you help, Mr. Sagar?", a student who lost his father and cannot pay for college and sends his college bills and an 8th grader who sends her report card with straight A's and writes "Isn't that awesome, Sir?"
